### 1. Online assessment:
The online assessment test is divided into three components, each with time constraints and cutoffs. The online assessment test has three sections:
=> Logical and Analytical Reasoning: This part covers questions ranging in difficulty from easy to moderate in areas such as data sufficiency, data interpretation, visual reasoning, statement reasoning, syllogism, and so on.
=> Quantitative Aptitude: This section includes questions on time, permutation and combination, speed and distance, number series, analytical puzzles, formulae, algebra, probability, and more, with a moderate to high difficulty level.
=> Verbal: Synonyms, antonyms, fill-in-the-blanks, paragraph completion, sentence correction, vocabulary, and other verbal abilities will be tested in this round. In this round, the number of questions and time allotted for the above areas may vary depending on the interviews.
### 2. Technical Interview:
You will be shortlisted for the Technical interview if you pass the online assessment test. Candidates are frequently asked questions based on their resumes and areas of interest during this phase. You need to have an in-depth understanding of at least one programming language, as well as computer principles such as operating systems, data structures, and algorithms, as well as awareness of the latest developing technologies, to achieve a good score in this round. You must choose and prepare for a field of interest that is directly related to the job. Your problem-solving abilities may be judged during this stage, involving puzzles and aptitude tests. Also, be prepared to respond to queries about your projects/internships.
### 3. HR Interview:
If you pass the technical interview, you will be invited to the HR interview stage. The goal is to determine whether you are the best fit for the firm or not. Can we implement multiple inheritances in Java?

Explain pointers in C++.
A pointer is a variable that stores the address of another variable of the same data type. Any data type, as well as user-defined data types such as class, structure, and others, can be used to produce pointers. It enables variable passing via address references. Consider the following scenario:
int c = 37; int *ptr = &c; cout << ptr;
The address of c will be stored in ptr. For example, the ptr value is the address of x. We can get the value stored at the address addressed by ptr using ptr (i.e., 37). The ptr(pointer) operator is also known as the dereference operator. Pointers can be used for a variety of purposes. To point to a variable that exists within the memory. To keep track of the addresses of memory blocks that are dynamically allocated.
What are the disadvantages of the Waterfall model?
=> Working software is only developed at the end of the life cycle. => Not appropriate for complex or object-oriented programs. => It isn't easy to assess progress within each level. => It is not recommended for projects with standard requirements that may result in a significant risk of change. As a result, this concept is fraught with danger and ambiguity. => Because integration is done towards the end, it is challenging to discover any commercial or technology bottlenecks or issues earlier.
Explain the Agile model.
Agile is a software development paradigm that uses the iterative approach to help teams offer value to their customers faster, with higher quality, fewer errors, and a greater capacity to adjust to change. Instead of the "big bang" launch, an agile team releases a product in small increments. Continuous evaluation of requirements, plans, and results ensures that teams have a natural mechanism for responding quickly to change.
The most popular Agile techniques are Scrum and Kanban.
